DAINTREE MAGIC is located by Cow Bay Beach, just south of Cape Tribulation, which is one hour drive north of Port Douglas or two hours drive north of Cairns. Drive north along the Captain Cook Highway, passing through the township of Mossman.

The Mossman Gorge is a great spot for a swim to break up the drive. Head north until you see the signpost for Daintree Ferry, turn right and cross the Daintree River Ferry, keeping your eyes peeled for Crocodiles and Bird life. Continue your drive north, and climb the Alexandra Range to the top where you can stop at the Alexandra Lookout for a magnificent view over the Daintree River Mouth and Snapper Island. Only about 15 minutes to go now, so head down the other side of the range, taking your time to enjoy the rainforest and little waterfalls along the way. Just after you pass the Cow Bay Pub, turn right down Buchanan Creek Rd towards Cow Bay Beach. Follow this road almost to the end, approximately 3.5 kms, and turn right up Penda Close, which is only 50 metres from the beach car park.

Drive slowly up Penda Close, as local Cassowaries and their chicks are often sighted along this road. Drive to the end and DAINTREE MAGIC is the last driveway on the right and clearly marked.
